Key responsibilities: Enter new load orders into proprietary web-based software and initiate check calls to track drivers on pickups and deliveries Monitor freight via multiple websites to ensure accurate delivery times and notify customers of potential delays Maintain an outbound call volume of 100 calls per day while collaborating with Sales and Dispatch to resolve customer issues Required qualifications: 1-3 years of experience in customer service, operations, data entry, call center, dispatch, or logistics High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred Above average proficiency in Google Drive and Microsoft Suite Call center experience is a bonus
