Ready to be a part of something BIG? At The Gellman Team, St. Louis’ #1 Real Estate Team, and the top eXp Realty team in Missouri, we’re looking for an exceptional closing coordinator who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. If you love tackling challenges, hitting deadlines, and contributing to a high-performing team, this is your chance to shine! This role is ideal for someone who naturally takes ownership, thrives on deadlines, communicates exceptionally well with multiple parties, and can think critically and swiftly when a transaction doesn't go exactly according to plan. As a Closing Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our operations-working with top agents, clients, lenders, title companies, and more. You’ll ensure every deal is smooth sailing from contract to close, with the chance to gain hands‑on experience from the best in the business.
