We’re looking for a driven transaction coordinator to manage contracts throughout the entire home-selling and buying process. You’d be responsible for overseeing transactions from start to finish to ensure offers and counteroffers are approved for a smooth and successful sale. Our ideal candidate is extremely organized and has superb customer service skills to make customers feel at ease. If you love working with people and thrive in a fast-paced work environment, This is a full-time in-person position located at our Deland office. Responsibilities Manage real estate transactions from contract to close with accuracy and attention to detail Communicate regularly with agents, customers, lenders, title companies, and vendors to ensure a smooth transaction process Monitor deadlines, contract dates, and required documentation to maintain compliance throughout the transaction Review files for completeness and assist with submitting and organizing paperwork in a timely manner Provide high-level support to agents and deliver excellent service that promotes customer satisfaction Handle administrative tasks related to the transaction process, including data entry, file management, scheduling, and follow‑up Help problem‑solve issues that arise during a transaction and proactively keep all parties informed Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a service‑minded attitude in all interactions Assist with additional transaction‑related duties and remain flexible in supporting the overall needs of the team and office Qualifications Must have excellent organizational and communication skills High school or equivalent required; some college experience preferred Motivated to serve people and provide excellent customer service Real estate license preferred Experience in the real estate industry, transaction management or coordination, titles, and/or mortgages preferred Compensation Compensation: $40,000-$45,000 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr Rupp's LPT Realty
