Hello! We are a family of 5, with a 3 story house and are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable housekeeper to help maintain the cleanliness and order of our home, working twice per week (at least), depending on need. After initial deep clean, weekly job responsibilities will include cleaning bathrooms, cleaning/putting away dishes, and tending to general rooms to ensure a tidy and pleasant environment (making beds, changing sheets if needed). Maintaining clean counter tops, clean appliances, and dusting is priority. Lite laundry would be requested occasionally putting away already folded laundry and helping the parents and children stay organized. We are willing to offer a flat rate of $250 per week (estimate 4hrs/twice per week/or the speed of which the person cleans) or an hourly rate of $18-25/hr, but still need someone at least twice per week. We are seeking someone trustworthy and friendly to "join our family" that is willing to personalize our cleaning needs. We have two boys in high school, and an infant baby girl, and two small dogs. Both parents work, so having some extra help would be great. No nannying required as we already have childcare.
