Key responsibilities include:

• Spreading and leveling freshly poured concrete
• Smoothing surfaces using hand and power tools (e.g., trowels, floats)
• Applying finishes, textures, or sealants to meet project specifications
• Repairing and restoring existing concrete surfaces
• Ensuring proper curing to maintain strength and durability

Skills and requirements:

• Knowledge of concrete mixing, setting, and curing processes
• Ability to read basic construction plans or instructions
• Physical stamina and attention to detail
